No bake peanut squares
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Lightly spray 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, melt butter.
- Add sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter.
- Mix well then press into prepared pan.
- A metal spatula works best.
- Melt chocolate, then spread over peanut butter mixture.
- Allow to cool, then cut into bars.
