Cake Batter Cookies
- 1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips(I used ghiradelli)
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Hershey milk chocolate chips
- I love more of the sugar cookie, with hints of chocolate:) so I don't put a ton of choc chips.
- So you can add more to your liking.
- I do a mix of semi sweet and milk choc.
- Different brands.
- Taste so good!
- In a large bowl mix together the cake mix and baking powder.
- In a small bowl whisk together eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Continue to mix batter until there are no more chunks of dry cake mix.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto baking sheets, or form slightly patted balls.
- Make sure the balls are at least 2 inches away from each other because they will spread out a little when baking.
- I made mine a little bigger, for a bigger cookie:)
- Bake for 10 minutes and take out of the oven to let continue cooking on baking sheet.
- After a few minutes, transfer to a wire rack.
- Let cool Also, if you have time...refrigerate the dough once mixed for about an hour
