Herb-and-Feta Grilled Corn
- 6 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
- 1/2 cup Renee's Herb & Feta Yogourt Dip, divided
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 lime, cut into 6 wedges
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Grill corn 10 to 15 min.
- or until tender and evenly grill marked, turning frequently and brushing evenly with 1/4 cup dip for the last 2 min.
- Transfer corn to platter; spread with remaining dip.
- Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
- Serve with lime wedges.
