Hot Sauteed Slaw
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 package coleslaw mix
- In large bowl, whisk 2 tablespoons olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt.
- In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add onion and garlic and saute 7 minutes, or until tender.
- Add coleslaw mix and saute, stirring 5 minutes, or until wilted.
- Add to dressing and toss well to combine.
- Serve hot.
