Pork and Pepper Fajitas
- 3 oz. boneless pork loin roast, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 green bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 flour tortilla (8 inch)
- 1/2 oz. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium apple
- Spray nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray.
- Add meat and green pepper; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add salsa; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
- Place tortilla on microwavable plate.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on HIGH 10 seconds or until warmed.
- Spoon meat mixture evenly over tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with cilantro, if desired.
- Roll up.
- Enjoy a crisp apple for dessert.
