Pork and Pepper Fajitas

  1. Spray nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray.
  2. Add meat and green pepper; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. Add salsa; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
  4. Place tortilla on microwavable plate.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 10 seconds or until warmed.
  7. Spoon meat mixture evenly over tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Top with cilantro, if desired.
  9. Roll up.
  10. Enjoy a crisp apple for dessert.
