Perch With Lemon Recipe
- 1 1/3 lbs. perch fillets
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
- Lemon wedges
- Arrange fish in a single layer in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
- Combine next 6 ingredients in a 1 qt glass bowl.
- Pour over fish.
- Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and vent to allow steam to escape.
- Microwave at high for 4 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon wedges when serving.
- Yield: 4 servings.
