Perch With Lemon Recipe

  1. Arrange fish in a single layer in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine next 6 ingredients in a 1 qt glass bowl.
  3. Pour over fish.
  4. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and vent to allow steam to escape.
  5. Microwave at high for 4 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges when serving.
  7. Yield: 4 servings.
