Buckeyes!
- 34 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- chocolate almond bark
- Cream together the softened butter and peanut butter.
- Add the powdered sugar.
- Mix until the powdered sugar is completely mixed.
- Mixture will look like the color of peanut butter and will be crumbly.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Heat the chocolate almond bark according to the package.
- After stabbing a peanut butter ball with a toothpick, dip it into the chocolate.
- Put the Buckeye onto a wax paper lined cookie tray.
- Store Buckeyes in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
- Easy to halve the batch.
- Time consuming to roll out all the peanut butter balls but totally worth the effort!
