Tofu Hamburger Steaks with Refreshing Grated Daikon Radish on Top
- 1 portion "Direct From a Former Hamburger Chef: Tofu Hamburger Patties"
- 100 grams plus Daikon radish
- 1 optional Shiso leaves
- 1 optional Green onions

- Please refer to "A Hamburger Chef Teaches You How to Pan-Fry Hamburgers".
- Grate the daikon radish, and transfer into a sieve to drain out the excess moisture!
- When the tofu hamburger steaks are cooked, serve on a plate!
- Put the grated daikon radish on top!
- It tastes more delicious with a lot of it!
- Sprinkle with green onions, and done!
- Swirl with soy sauce, and enjoy.
