Delicious Fried Scallops with Mustard
- 15 Scallops (for sashimi)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Beaten egg
- 3 tbsp White flour
- 3 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Grainy mustard
- 1 Panko
- Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients marked with a .
- Coat the scallops with this mixture, then cover each with panko.
- Spread oil to up to 2 cm in a frying pan.
- After the oil is heated, place the breaded scallops.
- When they start to crisp, they're done!
