Fried Onion Rings

  1. Preheat oven to 200F.
  2. Heat oil in large saucepan to 350F.
  3. Mix next 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Add 1 handful onion rings; toss to coat.
  5. Remove onion rings; shake off excess flour.
  6. Add to oil; cook until brown, about 2 minutes.
  7. Using slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels and drain.
  8. Keep warm in oven.
  9. Repeat with remaining onion rings and flour.
