Santa Barbara Rancho Sunset Margarita
- Collins glass
- Ice
- 2 to 3 ounces high quality aged tequila (recommended: Patron Reposado)
- 3 to 4 ounces fresh homemade lemonade
- 2 ounces grapefruit soda (recommended: Fresca)
- Splash pomegranate juice
- Lime wheel, for garnish
- Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes or semi-crushed ice.
- Pour the tequila over the ice and add the lemonade and grapefruit soda.
- Cover the glass with a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Add a splash of pomegranate juice, garnish with a lime slices and enjoy an original Margarita.
