Crispy Baked Pesto Chicken

• 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
• 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Coating Mix
• 2 Tbsp. CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
• 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Coat chicken with coating mix.
3. Place in 8-inch square baking dish.
4. Bake 20 min.
5. or until done (170 degrees F).
6. Top with pesto and cheese; bake 5 min.
7. or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
