Sour Cream Substitute

• 1/4 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
• 1/2 cup water cold
• 8 ounces cottage cheese non-creamed
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Mix together milk and water and blend well with cottage cheese.
2. Mix in lemon juice and salt.
3. Keep refrigerated until needed.
