G's Collard Greens Recipe
- 3 lbs. greens
- 1 ham hock
- 2 tbsp. lard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. water
- Place ham hock and cut up collard greens in a pressure cooker.
- Add in lard, salt and sugar and 3 c. water and cook for 20 min.
- Drain off liquid and chop with vegetable cutter.
- Delicious.
