Pesto-Coated Chicken

• 3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
• 14 cup plus 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
• 1 12 teaspoons sour cream
• 1 12 teaspoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon pine nuts

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking pan with PAM.
2. Cut the breast halves into 1/2-inch cutlets and arrange on prepared pan.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over chicken.
4. Bake 8-10 minutes in preheated oven.
