Oriental Sesame Salmon
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 salmon steaks or fillets (4 oz. each)
- Mix juice, sherry, teriyaki sauce, dressing mix and oil until well blended.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture.
- Pour remaining dressing mixture over salmon; cover.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain; discard marinade.
- Preheat greased grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill salmon 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork, brushing occasionally with the reserved dressing mixture.
