Tri-Colour Stuffed Peppers

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Bring first 4 ingredients and 1 cup water just to boil in large nonstick skillet, stirring frequently; cover.
  3. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
  5. Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds.
  6. Spoon simulated beef mixture into pepper halves; place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining water around peppers; cover.
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake, uncovered, 10 min.
  10. or until melted.
