Zuppa Di Pesce

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and their liquid, the wine and basil.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min.
  7. Add fish; simmer an additional 10 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  9. Ladle into serving bowl; sprinkle with cheese.
