Creamy White Chicken Chili
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. each dried oregano leaves, garlic powder and ground cumin
- 1 can (15 oz.) white beans, rinsed
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, undrained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Cook chicken and onions in large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
- Mix cream cheese spread, milk and seasonings until blended.
- Add to chicken mixture along with the beans, broth and chiles; mix well.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve topped with remaining ingredients.
