Briana's Belt Buster Pot Roast

  1. Combine the soup and stew seasoning mix in a crock pot along with two soup-can-fulls of water.
  2. Add roast followed by vegetables.
  3. Add water to cover.
  4. (You may substitute beef broth for the water if you like.
  5. ).
  6. Cook on low for at least 8 hours.
  7. I don't recommend cooking on high for less time - it just doesn't end up the same!
  8. But on low I have left it for as much as 12 hours without drying it out noticeably.
  9. Serve over white rice!
