Pizza Crust Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Shake dry ingredients in 6 qt bowl till Crisco is well blended.
  3. Add in 1 package yeast softened in 3/4 c. hot water.
  4. Cover bowl and shake till a ball forms.
  5. Turn onto floured sheet and knead 15 times with floured hands.
  6. Divide dough.
  7. Roll thin to fit 12 inch pizza pan.
  8. Prick crust before baking.
  9. Bake 7 min.
  10. Spread with pizza sauce, add in meat and any other desired toppings.
  11. Cover with cheese.
  12. Bake for 7 min.
  13. For Angel Biscuits: Substitute 3/4 c. hot lowfat milk for water.
  14. Roll and cut for biscuits.
