Bacon wrapped pork w/dijon butter

  1. preheat oven to broil setting
  2. mince garlic then add to butter
  3. mix mustard with garlic butter
  4. place butter in fridge
  5. coat pork with salt/pepper generously
  6. wrap bacon around pork
  7. broil 4 inches from The TOP.
  8. 6- 10min
  9. flip pork
  10. broil for 5 -7more min
  11. remove and let cool for a couple min
  12. add teaspoon of butter to top of pork.
  13. sprinkle with parsley.
  14. serve immediately
