Bacon wrapped pork w/dijon butter
- 3 medium pork loins
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 stick butter/ softened
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 3 each Bacon
- preheat oven to broil setting
- mince garlic then add to butter
- mix mustard with garlic butter
- place butter in fridge
- coat pork with salt/pepper generously
- wrap bacon around pork
- broil 4 inches from The TOP.
- 6- 10min
- flip pork
- broil for 5 -7more min
- remove and let cool for a couple min
- add teaspoon of butter to top of pork.
- sprinkle with parsley.
- serve immediately
