New Caledonian Crab Stuffed With Crayfish
- 1 kg crab, shelled
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 500 g breadcrumbs
- 12 liter milk
- 8 crayfish
- 1.Pre-heat the oven at 220C.
- 2.Dice the carrot, zucchini, onion and leek and fry with a little bit of butter.
- 3.Add the crab to the vegetables and fry.
- 4.In a bowl mix the breadcrumb with the milk and then add to the crab and vegetables.
- 5.Season with salt and pepper and put aside.
- 6.Meanwhile cook the crayfish in boiling water for 1 minute.
- 7.Let it cool down and shell it.
- 8.Add the crayfish to the rest of the mix and pour it into individual buttered tins.
- 9.Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 220C.
- 10.To be served hot!
