Artichokes Vinaigrette Recipe
- 1/3 c. finely-minced onion
- 2 x garlic cloves crushed
- 1/3 c. finely-minced pimiento
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 48 x artichoke hearts - (1 lb, 6 ounce) cooked
- Combine onion, garlic, pimiento, vinegar, oil, Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and salt.
- Add in artichokes and refrigerateseveral hrs.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
