  1. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in lavender, then steep 30-40 minutes Pour syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding lavender.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and blueberries.
  4. Spoon berries and syrup over slices of Angel Food for lower cal or pound cake just before serving.
  5. A little whipped cream or vanilla ice cream goes great.
