Horchata-Gelatine Dessert

  1. Empty gelatine into small bowl.
  2. Stir in 1 cup milk; let stand 5 min.
  3. or until softened.
  4. Meanwhile, bring 3 cups of the remaining milk and cinnamon stick just to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  5. Add gelatine mixture; cook and stir 2 min.
  6. or until gelatine is dissolved.
  7. Cool 5 min.
  8. Whisk drink mix, sour cream and remaining milk in large bowl until blended.
  9. Pour gelatine mixture through mesh strainer into sour cream mixture in bowl; stir until blended.
  10. Discard cinnamon stick.
  11. Pour gelatine mixture into 8-cup mold lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
  12. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
