Herb Infused Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup soy coffee creamer
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, diced
- Place cream into a clean plastic or glass container with a tight fitting lid.
- Add herbs.
- Close lid tightly.
- Shake to mix.
- Refrigerate 12 hours.
- Strain.
- Discard herbs.
- Use within 2 days.
