Oatmeal Scotchties

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
  2. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  3. Stir in oats and morsels.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
  5. Bake in preheated 375u0b0 oven for 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies, 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies.
  6. Cool for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
  7. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
