Veggie Caesar Pizza
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 3 cups mixed assorted fresh vegetables, chopped into small pieces
- 13 cup bottled creamy caesar salad dressing
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Italian cheese blend, shredded
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Oil a 14" pizza pan or a 10" x 15" baking pan.
- Using oiled fingers, pan the dough to thinly coat the pan, forming a thick rim around the edge.
- Toss the chopped vegetables with the Caesar dressing.
- Spread evenly over the crust, then grind black pepper over top.
- Scatter evenly with parmesan, followed by the cheese blend.
- Bake on the bottom rack of the oven until golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cut into 8 slices.
