Mini Meatloaf Melts

• 1-1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1 cup water
• 2 Tbsp. (1/2 of 1-oz. pkg.) TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
• 2 tomatoes, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and seasoning mix until well blended.
3. Press evenly into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 30 min.
5. or until done (160 degrees F).
6. Top each loaf with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake 5 min.
8. or until cheese is melted.
9. Let stand 10 min.
10. before serving.
