Artichoke Chowder

  1. In a large saucepan heat the oil and saute the onions.
  2. Add the mushrooms, artichokes, and broth.
  3. Cook about 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add the peas.
  5. Blend the flour into the evaporated milk and add to the mixture in the pan.
  6. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
