Onion, Celery and Tuna Salad
- 4 stalks Organic celery
- 1 medium Organic onion
- 1 can Canned tuna packed in oil
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Slice the onion very thinly with a slicer, and put into a bowl of water.
- Slice the celery into 3 mm thick diagonal slices.
- When you're done slicing the celery, drain the onion into a sieve, then wrap in paper towels and squeeze out very tightly.
- Put the onion, celery and drained tuna in a bowl, drizzle the soy sauce on the tuna, and the mayonnaise on top of everything.
- Mix together the ingredients very well, taste and add more mayonnaise if needed.
