Peppered Steak

  1. Sprinkle meat with paprika, and let it stand for 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet melt butter over medium high heat, add sirloin, and cook till brown.
  3. Add garlic and beef broth, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in onion and red and green bell peppers.
  5. Cover and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  6. Mix the corn starch, water and soy sauce together in a small bowl, then stir it into the beef mixture until thickened.
  7. Add tomatoes and cook another 2 minutes, then serve over rice.
