Peppered Steak
- 1 pound Sirloin Steak
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Onion, Sliced
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Sliced
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 13 cups Water
- 13 cups Soy Sauce (lite Soy Works Great Too)
- 2 whole Large Tomatoes, Sliced Into 1/8 Pieces
- 3 cups Rice, Cooked According To Package Instructions
- Sprinkle meat with paprika, and let it stand for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet melt butter over medium high heat, add sirloin, and cook till brown.
- Add garlic and beef broth, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in onion and red and green bell peppers.
- Cover and cook for additional 5 minutes.
- Mix the corn starch, water and soy sauce together in a small bowl, then stir it into the beef mixture until thickened.
- Add tomatoes and cook another 2 minutes, then serve over rice.
