Grilled Chicken With Herbs

  1. In a small bowl, combine garlic, oil, pepper, sage, and lemon juice.
  2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  3. Arrange chicken in a medium size shallow baking dish.
  4. Pour oil mixture over chicken.
  5. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
  7. Place chicken on a hot grill, 3 to 4-inches from coals.
  8. Cook 30 to 40 minutes intil tender, turning and brushing with marinade.
  9. Serve immediately.
