Four-Layer Lemon Pie

  1. LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated 400F (200C) oven until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. LAYER 2: Beat together and pour into pie shell.
  4. Chill.
  5. LAYER 3: Mix until thickened and pour on cream cheese layer.
  6. Chill.
  7. LAYER 4: Cover pie with 4 oz.
  8. whipped topping.
  9. Chill until serving time.
  10. Serves 8
