Ham Salad Sandwich Filling For A Crowd Recipe
- 2 (3 lb.) ham loaves, prepared by meat market
- 1/2 jar pickle relish (sweet)
- Low-fat mayonnaise (1 jar approximately)
- Grey Poupon mustard 1/4 c. or possibly less to taste
- 1/4 c. low-fat Western Dressing
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Purchase prepared ham loaves, fresh or possibly frzn.
- Bake in oven at 325 degrees till done approximately 1 1/4 hrs.
- Don't overbake.
- Cold meat.
- Grind, chop fine, or possibly use blender to chop a portion of meat and mix with hand minced meat.
- Add in other ingredients, adding mayonnaise to desired moisture.
- Less salty than fresh ham sandwich filling.
- Makes approximately two large mixing bowls of sandwich filling.
