Broccolini Tossed in Wasabi-Mayo
- 150 grams Broccolini
- 25 grams Mayonnaise
- 5 grams Wasabi
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Dashi stock granules
- Cut the broccolini into 2-3 cm lengths and boil.
- Stop the heat immediately when you think they are cooked.
- Drain the broccolini and allow to cool.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients aside from the broccolini.
- Squeeze out the liquid from the broccolini and toss.
