Broccolini Tossed in Wasabi-Mayo

  1. Cut the broccolini into 2-3 cm lengths and boil.
  2. Stop the heat immediately when you think they are cooked.
  3. Drain the broccolini and allow to cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients aside from the broccolini.
  5. Squeeze out the liquid from the broccolini and toss.
