Apple Cinnamon Spice Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking pwdr and salt.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sugar, Large eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla.
  5. Beat on high speed of an electric mixer till blended.
  6. Beat in flour mix.
  7. Mix in minced walnuts.
  8. Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan.
  9. Mix together minced apples and cinnamon chips, and sprinkle 1/2 of mix over batter in pan.
  10. Repeat layers, ending with batter.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  12. Let cold in pan for 10 min, then turn out onto a wire rack and cold completely.
  13. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
