Apple Cinnamon Spice Cake Recipe
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 2 c. apple peeled, cored and minced
- 1 c. HersheyOs Cinnamon Chips confectioners' sugar for dusting
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
- Sift together the flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, Large eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla.
- Beat on high speed of an electric mixer till blended.
- Beat in flour mix.
- Mix in minced walnuts.
- Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan.
- Mix together minced apples and cinnamon chips, and sprinkle 1/2 of mix over batter in pan.
- Repeat layers, ending with batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cold in pan for 10 min, then turn out onto a wire rack and cold completely.
- Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
