Rich & Tasty Stir-fried Pork and Shiso Leaves with Miso and Butter

  1. Cut the pork into bite sizes and cut the shiso leaves in half lengthwise.
  2. Slice thinly or chop finely the garlic and combine the seasonings.
  3. Add the margarine (about 1 tablespoon) and garlic into a frying pan and fry gently over a low heat until the aroma is released.
  4. After the aroma released fry the pork over a high heat until almost cooked through.
  5. Turn heat down to medium, add the combined seasonings and stir.
  6. When the sauce is reduced add the shiso leaves at the end stir quickly.
  7. Turn off the heat.
