Alice's 7 Grain Bread Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. Wheat flour
• 1 1/2 c. Bread flour
• 1/3 c. Seven grain mix
• 2 Tbsp. Honey
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 3/8 c. Water
• 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
• 1 1/2 tsp Yeast

1. Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions.
2. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated.
3. "Yeast"
4. refers to active dry yeast.
5. Bake on RapidBake/Whole Wheat or possibly on Basic/Whole Wheat.
