Peanut Butter Custard Pie Recipe
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 9 inch baked pie shell
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (3 ounce.) box custard mix
- 1 c. whipping cream
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar till crumbly (reserve 1/4 c. to put on top of pie).
- Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mix into baked pie shell.
- Prepare custard filling with lowfat milk according to package directions.
- Pour into shell; refrigeratetill set.
- Beat cream till stiff; spread on top of pie.
- Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mix.
- Serve chilled.
- Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
