Peanut Butter Custard Pie Recipe

  1. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar till crumbly (reserve 1/4 c. to put on top of pie).
  2. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mix into baked pie shell.
  3. Prepare custard filling with lowfat milk according to package directions.
  4. Pour into shell; refrigeratetill set.
  5. Beat cream till stiff; spread on top of pie.
  6. Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mix.
  7. Serve chilled.
  8. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
