Zin Cup

• 2 ounces red zinfandel
• 3/4 ounce Pimms
• Ginger beer, to top
• Cucumber slice
• halved strawberry, for garnish

1. Add wine and Pimms to a highball glass filled with ice, then top with ginger beer.
2. Garnish with cucumber and strawberry.
