Bisquick Lasagne Squares
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in dish.
- Mix beef, herbs, paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon evenly over top.
- Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper with wire whisk until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour into dish.
- Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (30 to 35 minutes).
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
