Wontons
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 200 g minced chicken
- 2 spring onions (diced)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup water
- Mix all the ingredients except the wonton wrappers together.
- Take one teaspoon of the chicken mix and plop in the middle of one wonton wrapper.
- Wet the perimeter of the wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the perimeter so that it sticks together.
- Repeat until you have no more wonton wrappers.
- Boil for 10- 15 minutes.
- Serve hot!
