Sauteed Green Beans & Cashews
- 1 lb. (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped
- Cook and stir first 4 ingredients in half the dressing in large skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or just until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add remaining dressing; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Top with nuts.
