Ground Turkey Loaf Recipe

  1. Place ingredients except turkey in mixing bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly and let stand a few min.
  3. Fold in turkey till well blended.
  4. Shape into loaf.
  5. Place in 5 x 9 inch loaf pan or possibly in shallow pan with a little water.
  6. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till meat thermometer registers 160 degrees to 164 degrees.
  7. Cold to set loaf.
  8. Weigh 4 oz servings.
  9. Serve with 1 c. of mashed potatoes and 1 c. tossed salad.
  10. Single serving = 4 ounces protein, 1 c. starch, 1 c. salad.
