Simple Salsa

  1. Slightly chop tomatoes and place them in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Remove the stem, seeds and membranes from the jalapeno, or leave seeds and ribs if you like a little extra heat.
  4. Chop it roughly and place in the food processor and pulse until smooth.
  5. Add all of the spices and pulse until just mixed.
  6. Put mixture in a small pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until salsa turns a darker red.
  7. Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
