Simple Salsa
- 4 cups Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Slightly chop tomatoes and place them in a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Remove the stem, seeds and membranes from the jalapeno, or leave seeds and ribs if you like a little extra heat.
- Chop it roughly and place in the food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add all of the spices and pulse until just mixed.
- Put mixture in a small pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until salsa turns a darker red.
- Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
