Seafood Florentine Bake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange fish fillets in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt, onion pwdr and pepper.
  3. Spoon soup over fillets; top with spinach.
  4. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk or possibly hand beater about 1 minute or possibly till almost smooth.
  5. Pour over spinach.
  6. Bake uncovered about 40 min or possibly till top is golden.
  7. Let stand 10 min before serving.
  8. Makes 8 servings.
