Glazed Ribs Recipe
- 2 pound spare ribs, cut into serving pcs
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 4 pineapple slices
- 4 tomato wedges
- Place meat in shallow pan.
- Mix catsup, ginger, sugar, pineapple juice, garlic and teriyaki sauce.
- Pour over ribs.
- Let stand overnight.
- Turn several times.
- Grill over warm coals about 45 min or possibly till well browned and tender.
- Brush several times with mix in times.
- Brush pineapple slices with marinade.
- Grill till heated.
- Place tomato wedges on top of pineapple slices and serve over ribs.
