Strawberry Cheesecake

• 1 Pie crust
• 1 packages fresh strawberries
• 2 packages cream cheesecake
• 1 Container cool whip
• 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 jar of strawberry preserves
• 1 Red food colouring (optional)

1. Mix together the cream cheese,sugar,vanilla and preserves one mixed add cool whip and mix together then add food colouring (optional) then mix again
2. Then add to pie crust add a few strawberries on top (optional) put in freezer for a couple of hours then enjoy
